I provide evidence-based care that is supported by the latest research and guidelines. I will work with you to create a birth plan that is tailored to your individual needs and preferences, while also ensuring the safety of you and your baby.

I offer a variety of pain relief options to help you cope with labor and delivery. These options include movement, relaxation techniques, massage, and more. I will work with you to find the best options for your specific needs and preferences.
I understand that having a new baby can be an exciting and challenging time for siblings. That's why I offer sibling support to help older children adjust to the new arrival. I provide education, resources, and emotional support to help siblings feel included and valued.
It's important to plan for your postpartum recovery and support. That's why I offer postpartum planning to help you prepare for the physical, emotional, and practical aspects of the postpartum period. This includes creating a support network, planning for self-care, and more.

I began my career as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and then obtained a specialty in Midwifery. I have been working in the field of women's healthcare for 14 years.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from USC, a Master of Science in Nursing from UCLA and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from CSU Fullerton. I obtained a post-master's certificate from CSU Fullerton in Midwifery.
I offer a full range of services including pregnancy and childbirth education, non-medical comfort measures, prenatal support, labor support techniques, postpartum care, baby basics, and breastfeeding support/education (group or individual). Visits can be tailored to your needs via phone, virtual or in-person meetings.
If you just found out your pregnant and don't have a provider yet or can't get into see an OB provider for a few weeks and would like some medical support, this care includes:
* Education around optimal prenatal supplementation, food intake and physical activity.
* Informational and emotional support for common pregnancy symptoms and concerns.
* Accessibility to a medical professional.
This kind of midwifery care is meant to complement the primary medical care received during pregnancy by filling in the gaps of proper educational preparation and support for labor, birth and postpartum.
Expected Frequency of visits:
* One initial visit.
* Up to eight additional visits that may be provided in any combination of prenatal and postpartum visits.
- First Trimester 1-2 visits. Second Trimester 2-3 visits. Third Trimester 3 visits.
*Topics that will be reviewed:
- Understanding Lab Tests and Ultrasounds
- Nutrition and Exercise Guidance
- Early Pregnancy Discomfort Advice
- Childbirth Preparation (Physically and Mentally)
- Preparation for Postpartum Recovery
* Support during labor and delivery (including labor and delivery resulting in a stillbirth), abortion or miscarriage.
* Up to two extended three-hour postpartum visits after the end of a pregnancy.
*On call labor support available from 37 weeks until birth, please call for details.
*Advice on helpful ways to prime body for labor and birth.
*Suggestions around navigating going past your due date, cervical checks and labor induction.
*Recommendations of laboring positions based on contraction pattern and stage of labor.
*Assist when to get to the hospital at an appropriate time.
*Informational and emotional support for both the birthing mom and partner.
